What is ACE?
A national organization preparing the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs.

ACE Canada (formerly DECA U) is a national not-for-profit organization that has empowered students for over 70 years. With a network of more than 21,000 members, ACE is recognized as a leader in extracurricular innovation, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world experience.
Ted Rogers ACE (TRACE) is the official chapter of ACE Canada at the Ted Rogers School of Management. As one of the most recognized and respected student-run organizations on campus, TRACE provides hands-on opportunities for students to develop their business acumen, critical thinking, and professional confidence. Through competitive case simulations, real-world business challenges, and professional development events, our delegates gain practical experience that prepares them to lead in today’s fast-paced business environment. TRACE is more than a student group — it's a launchpad for future leaders, innovators, and changemakers.
